Fake it till you make it if you have to!

Working out- I’m not just saying this because I’m a personal trainer, but I also kind of am… because I know firsthand how much it helps with your confidence. Working out not only helps your appearance (muscles are sexy af) but more importantly, it helps your mental health and therefore gives you amplified confidence as a bonus.

Prep & Pamper – Confidence often comes from feeling put together. Fresh hair, polished nails, soft skin, or a touch of makeup can give you that extra boost to walk into any situation feeling unstoppable. Even if you are just going to the grocery store, dress like you care, because it shows.

Focus on Strengths – Instead of zeroing in on flaws, shift your mindset to everything you do well—your talents, personality, and physical strengths. Confidence grows when you celebrate what makes you unique. Be wildly passionate about what you love and confidence will automatically radiate.

Here are a few things that you can do to prepare so that your expereince is absolutely flawless.

Choose outfits you love – Although we provide a full wardrobe of dozens out outfits to choose from, if you are bringing your own lingerie, choose whatever makes you feel confident and sexy. Don’t limit it to leather a lace either! bodysuits, men’s shirts, booty shorts/jeans or even cozy sweaters are just as sexy!

Hydrate and moisturize – Glowing skin photographs beautifully, and healthy skin starts from the inside so be sure to drink plenty of water and apply lotion daily.

Pamper yourself – Freshly washed hair, manicured nails, and a light exfoliation can make you feel extra polished and ensures that your photos will be top notch.

Rest well the night before – A good night’s sleep is probably the most important tool to give you that gorgeous glowing appearance. It also helps with energy, mood, and bright eyes for your photos.

• Professional hair and makeup so you feel pampered and camera-ready.

• Expert posing and direction so you’ll never wonder what to do with your hands or how to stand. I show you the pose first then I carefully place every finger and stand of hair so you are picture perfect.

• Professional editing to polish your images while keeping you looking like you.

• A private ordering appointment 1-2 weeks after your session, where you’ll view your images and decide which products you’d like to take order and keep forever.

The session fee ensures your experience is completely tailored to you. Please note: images are not included in the session fee.
