Lavender, sunsets and boudoir
This summer, I had the wonderful opportunity to return to France (fun fact, I studied here in college) to take part in my best friend’s dream wedding. Although I have been to France several times throughout my life, this was the first time that I was able to see the lavender fields in full bloom and I was determined to shoot some boudoir in them. The challenge was, all of the fields are privately owned and most of them are in very public locations. However, while at the church (you can see it way back in the distance on top of the hill), I was able to scout out a small lavender field off of a dirt road so hubby and I ventured down to see what we could see.
It was an absolute dream! And although I didn’t have a model with me, I didn’t let that stop me! I positioned the camera, set the setting, told the hubs exactly where to stand (for the most part) and dropped trou (or dress, in this case).
What a fun and exhilarating experience. I can check that one off the bucket list!

As much as I adore photographing my clients in my Tarpon Springs studio, sometimes I need to step outside of my box and out of my comfort zone to get the creative juices flowing again.
So here we are, in the middle of the woods, sweating and getting bit by mosquitos and loving every minute of this gorgeous fine art nude session.

20 years later...
Can you tell that this sexy couple has been married for almost 20 years!? Marriage is so hard, it requires so much work and effort and dedication but when it’s done right, the reward of having a partner for life is so worth the effort. Not only did I photograph this amazing woman’s first boudoir session, given as a gift to her husband on their wedding day, I also photographed her wedding (don’t ask me to shoot yours- I’m officially out of the wedding biz!), as well as her second boudoir session. The first shoot was for her husband, this one was for her (as it should be!). How could you not immediately fall in love with those amazing blue eyes, gorgeous golden locks and banging curves- she made my job incredibly easy <3
Bachelorette Boudoir Party!
This amazing Wifey-to-be started her Bachelorette weekend off with a Boudoir party (Yes, I do bachelorette parties!) at the studio where she and 6 other wild ladies came in and each had their own boudoir session. Champagne and lingerie flowed all morning and into the afternoon until each lady had gorgeous hair and makeup and each one had had their sexy session. Then, they took the party out on the town (why not, since everybody’s hair and makeup was done to perfection)!
To say this bride is gorgeous, sexy, hilarious and all around amazing is an understatement. Such a fun filled day!
